Shipping policy

How long will it take for you to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Should the item you have ordered not be in stock we will contact you to discuss the potential delivery options and how you want to proceed.

Local delivery or collection

This can be arranged and we would ask that you contact us to confirm any special arrangements you require.

Shipping rates

Our website, during the checkout process, will calculate the shipping charges based on the delivery address as follows:

UK Shipping rates - These are free and include Royal Mail Special delivery insurance for your peace of mind.

EU Shipping rates - We offer a flat rate of £6.95 for the Royal Mail - International Tracked and Signed for service.  This rate is for up to 0.5kg and is more than enough for a single order.  Where the postage for a single piece is more than £6.95 we will not charge you anymore.  We will contact you to discuss the postage options for any larger multiple purchases.

Rest of the World - We offer a flat rate of £16.50 for the Royal Mail - International Tracked and Signed for service.  This rate is for up to 0.5kg and is more than enough for a single order.  Where the postage for a single piece is more than £16.50 we will not charge you anymore.  We will contact you to discuss the postage options for any larger multiple purchases.

What about import duties, taxes and VAT?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country.  NI Silver is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Ruth@nisilver.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, except for earrings which for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as is possible at Ruth@nisilver.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for you.
