Solid 9ct yellow gold Samson and Goliath cufflinks, inspired by Belfast’s iconic Harland & Wolff cranes. Hallmarked, engraved with BELFAST and H&W, and only one pair available.

 

Our Gold Belfast Crane Silver Cufflinks are inspired by two of the most recognisable landmarks on the Belfast skyline, Samson and Goliath, the giant yellow cranes of Harland & Wolff.

For generations, these enormous cranes have been part of Belfast’s identity, standing above the shipyard where some of the world’s most famous ships were built. Goliath was completed in 1969 and Samson in 1974, with Samson standing at 106 metres tall and Goliath at 96 metres. Each crane spans 140 metres and is capable of lifting up to 840 tonnes.

Our design captures these iconic Belfast landmarks in miniature. Each cufflink is made from approximately 5 grams of 9ct yellow gold and measures around 2cm wide by 1.5cm high by 2.5cm long.

The cufflinks are hallmarked to confirm the quality of the gold used and are presented in one of our biodegradable gift boxes with a matching gift bag.

Each pair is engraved with “BELFAST” and “H&W” as standard, but we can create alternative engraving or personalise them if you would like something more specific. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements. Personalised or alternative engraving can add at least 4 weeks to the delivery time and will incur an additional cost.

A particularly special gift for someone from Belfast living away from home, these cufflinks are also a thoughtful choice for visitors, birthdays, weddings or anyone with a connection to Belfast’s shipbuilding heritage. Small and easy to transport, they can also be posted worldwide.
