Back in 2019 NI Silver was one of the local NI makers  invited to put forward items for consideration to be sold within the Store at the Open.

Unfortunately, the option to stock these Silver necklaces was not progressed but we still have the pieces to remind us of our great memories of almost being part of the store.

We had an amazing time at the Open, as visitors, and got absolutely soaked on the final Sunday in 2019; how did they players keep going in that weather?

Good luck to everyone involved in the Open in 2025 and maybe there will be a local winner :) 

On 16th July 2025 you will find Ruth at the Open in the 'Golf in Ireland' stand, Spectator Village 1, between 09:30 and 6pm so please pop in and say hi.

We loved making our rings (with lots of Ruth’s help of course) and we felt so proud of ourselves.   • My husband and I were gifted a workshop experience and we weren't too sure what to expect, but Ruth at NI Silver made the morning an absolute pleasure. She was knowledgeable and funny, chatting away whilst showing us the steps we needed to do, and then stepping back to let us have a good go! We all had a great time and I would 100% recommend the workshop experience to anyone - I'll definitely be back some time for another go!
